Abstract

This study examines the financial literacy, saving behavior, and retirement preparedness of faculty and staff at Unciano Colleges in Antipolo, Rizal. The research aims to assess the participants' financial literacy, attitudes toward saving, and overall readiness for retirement to develop a tailored retirement program. The study utilized a descriptive survey method and standardized questionnaires to gather data. The findings reveal a significant correlation between financial literacy, saving behavior, and retirement preparedness, indicating that higher financial literacy is associated with better saving habits and retirement readiness. Based on these results, a specialized retirement program is proposed to enhance financial literacy, promote positive saving behaviors, and improve retirement readiness among the faculty and staff. The research underscores the importance of interventions to enhance financial knowledge and support effective saving practices, with the retirement program aiming to empower participants to make informed financial decisions and secure their financial well-being in retirement.
