Abstract

The impact of the work atmosphere on employee engagement is well-established on both the firms and organization as a foundation for evaluating engagement tools. As the concept’s practical measurement is confirmed by its appeal in companies, business consultants have used the word to a variety of ideas and metrics that differ from those employed in scientific research. Employee engagement is a term that describes how dedicated employees are to their employers in terms of their thoughts, feelings, and actions. The study examines secondary data to discover several parameters that is studied and a method is implemented to aid in the understanding of performance measurement and engagement. This study focuses on the many obstacles and issues of employee engagement in businesses, as well as providing a quick review of emerging employee engagement trends in enterprises.
