Abstract
Value refers to the attribute of being worthwhile or important or purposeful in terms of the resources that of finance, information, man and material. Values may be classified as objective and subjective. The objective values are known as absolute values, viz. Truth, Beauty and Goodness. They are universal in nature. Nobody in this world would say that he/she does not like Truth or Beauty or Goodness. On the other hand, there are values like secularism, spiritualism, nationalism and internationalism, the cherishment of which differs from person to person and even within a person from time to time as well as context to context. These values are known as subjective values or empirical values. The absolute values are valued values across the world, irrespective of the variables like race, continent, nation, religion, community, culture, gender, family system and educational status.
