RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS IN SAUDI PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Abstract

This study focuses on finding out the relationship between effective management and learning achievements in Saudi public schools in particular. To understand this relationship and the efforts made to make this relationship successful, and to know the obstacles that may have caused its failure. The researcher conducted two quantitative and qualitative methods, one based on questionnaires and the other based on interviews. The questionnaire was distributed to the teachers of a group of 8 from the selected government schools, and personal interviews were conducted with the principals of these schools. The researcher reached a set of results, including that school principals have an effective role in the success of this relationship. The researcher suggested holding training courses and workshops that help school teachers, especially government ones, help them effectively manage the school and use modern methods.
