THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF DENPASAR CITY CULTURE OFFICE EMPLOYEES

Abstract

Every organization faces a number of obstacles in the current era of globalization. One strategy to guarantee an organization’s sustainability or existence is to raise the caliber of its human resources. This article focuses on how organizational culture, leadership style, and performance expectations affect employee performance. These variables have been recognized as critical components that can affect employee effectiveness and the accomplishment of organizational goals in the context of the dynamics of public sector organizations. These variables have been recognized as critical components that can affect employee effectiveness and the accomplishment of organizational goals in the context of the dynamics of public sector organizations. 44 staff members of the Denpasar City Culture Office were the sample for this quantitative investigation. Fvalue = 10,028 according to the test results, with a sig. 0.000 at the confidence level (alpha = 0.05). This demonstrates how the performance of employees at the Denpasar City Culture Office is positively and significantly impacted by leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline. Partially, the performance of officials at the Denpasar City Culture Office is positively impacted by work culture, while performance is positively impacted by leadership style and work discipline, but not significantly.
