Abstract
The objective of the study is to verify how business management affects the development of MSEs in the district of Huánuco. It was a descriptive, retrospective observational study, with a simple descriptive design. It was investigated in a population of 2026 enterprises and the correlational random sampling method was used as a sample, with a sample of 90 micro and small enterprises. Two questionnaires were used, validated by experts. The reliability of the satisfaction questionnaire presented a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.83 and the MSEs development questionnaire an alpha of 0.77, being considered reliable scores. The results show that a business management model facilitates the management process and decision making for the effective development of MSEs in the district of Huánuco, with an average of 74 out of 90 respondents that conformed to the hypothesis. It was concluded that an innovative business management model will facilitate the managerial process and decision-making in the development of the MSEs indicated.
