Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine to what extent the civil reparation fixed with a conviction sentence affects the compliance of payment in the crime of rape of a minor. The level of research was explanatory, the applied type of research was non-experimental design, working with a sample of 55 lawyers who review convictions that have been confirmed by the Superior Court, regarding the crimes of rape issued by criminal judges of the Superior Court of Justice of the district of Huanuco, between the years 2019-2020.
