Abstract. SIR Iber reports show the production and distribution of scientific papers from University Education Institutions in Andorra, Spain, Portugal and Latin-American countries based on factors for the measurement: investigation, innovation and social impact. Three (3) factors of innovation indicators of Latin-American universities in SIR Iber TOP10 of Ranking of 2018 – 2020 reports are analyzed and compared in this paper. Leadership of Sao Paulo University (USP) and The University of Campinas (UNICAMPP) is highlighted: In Patents indicator (PT), USP in 2018 and 2019, and UNICAMP in 2020.  In Innovative Knowledge (IK) and Technological Impact (TI) indicators, USP and UNICAMP, respectively, occupy the top in the three SIR Iber considered editions. USP and National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) highlight as the universities with the greatest number of publications in journals indexed in SCOPUS and, simultaneously, with the highest number of requested patents.
