Abstract

This paper examined the influence of sustainable development, organization culture and dysfunctional leadership on the culture of the organization, which aims to practice Sustainable Human Resource Management(S-HRM). The research focused on the employees’ perspective towards dysfunctional leadership and its effect on S-HRM. The study is empirical in nature and based on the data collected from 360 employees, through a structured questionnaire. ANOVA and bivariate regression analysis was used to study the impact of variables. The results of the analysis indicated that sustainable human resource management is influenced by sustainable development, dysfunctional leadership and organization culture. The results indicated that sustainable development, organization culture and dysfunctional leadership have significant impact on sustainable human resource management.
