THE ROLE OF LABOR ECONOMICS TO REDISTRIBUTING FAIR INCOME FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

          The researcher seeks, through his study, mainly to clarify the standard of work, the fair income distribution in the Islamic economy. To achieve this was based researcher on the deductive approach in the writing of the theoretical framework of the research based on Arabic books and foreign, as well as university thesis, research, periodicals and articles related to the topic of research, while the dependence on the descriptive and analytical approach in writing the applied side to search based on personal interviews with experts in track activities to determine the equitable distribution of income based on Islamic economics.          The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the distribution of fair income based on work in the Islamic economy has different and overlapping dimensions, as they are intertwined in income, education, health, knowledge, environment, place…etc, and contribute to increasing social justice.      In light of the conclusions, the research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which were the numbers of income distribution according to the work criterion as it is one of the foundations of equitable income distribution in Islam, so a person has the fruit of any permissible work he does.Keywords: Fair income, fair income distribution standard (work), Islamic economy.
