ABSTRACT

In the context of changing technologies, workforce composition and work patterns, societal expectations, expectations of the employees, changes in the employment legislation, and the rising impact of global competition, strategic human resource management in contemporary bicycle industry is a difficult undertaking. The present study is about how Taylors Scientific management Principles in line with Strategic Human Resource Management are followed in the bicycle industry in India to help tackle these issues. This paper tries to identify the usage of scientific management techniques within the bicycle industry with a variety of theoretical and regulatory frameworks.
