The experimental group used the speed-reading app on smart devices in teaching, and the control group was taught in the traditional way. The results of the study showed that the presence of fur with significance statistically between the mean performance of the two groups (experimental and control) in the results of a test posttest in the skill of reading words by one character, three in reading interpretation, for the benefit of the experimental group, as the results of the study showed interest in each of the teachers. The students Batched is a tablet device. The study followed the semi-experimental approach by dividing the study sample into two groups. The experimental group using the “Rapid-Reading” application on smart devices and the control group in normal fulfilling the results of the study showed an increase in word reading in oral reading for the benefit of the experimental group members.
